The people that WSJ calls “tech guru” tend to be equities analysts more adept at P/E ratios than visionary tech prognostications. Snooze

Few colleges now require English majors to take Shakespeare classes. I took Bard in high school and a Milton class in college. Enjoyed both

Day's been blessedly free of meetings & phone calls. Hence, blessedly full of me getting stuff done. And not straining & rushing to do all.

Yes, I write blogs in my sleep. Which explains why pillow, down-comforter, and embarrassingly Freudian imagery permeates my writing.

Reality check. The reality is when the check actually arrives & the funds fall into your possession. Everything before that is unreal.

This was the only night this week where I had a normal-for-me sleep pattern. Felt odd to wake up refreshed. Odd in a good way.

Caught "The Theory of Everything" on DVD. Very good. Redmayne beautifully inhabited the constrained body & expansive mind of Stephen Hawking
